After 2 nights of cold and no blankets and sleeping with sweaters, maintenance was sent to the room to check out the A C and found that in order to control it we had to use a chair to adjust the temp on the unit itself which was in the ceiling. We requested a blanket a few time but did not get one for a couple of days. That first night we were very cold and sleeping was very uncomfortable. We asked for it but no one seemed to know where it was. There was no cover sheet/blanket on the bed and we could not find the control for the air conditioning. Our recent visit was Jan 29th 2023 to February 9th 2023. We stayed at this hotel a few times over the past 12 years and were quite satisfied with our stay there.
